Lukas Farias

Lukas Farias is a versatile Reno-based drummer known for his work in local jazz configurations like the Jordan Taylor Organ Trio and regional projects such as the bugadelic rock/jam band Doolittle Ladybug. Grounded in classical training with strong roots in funk, bluegrass, hip-hop, and R&B, he has pursued jazz performance studies and performance work through the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) jazz department. Providing a steady yet dynamic rhythmic backbone, his playing brings depth and versatility to both small-ensemble jazz settings and broader local alternative music stages.
